The Regional Water Supply Company “Prishtina” (KRU Prishtina) has announced that parts of the city of Obiliq have been left without drinking water due to damage to a water pipeline caused by private contractors.
According to the company’s statement, the water supply interruption affects a section of Obiliq city (the neighborhood near Kosovo B), as well as the villages of Plemetin, Prelluzhë, and Hamidi.
“We inform you that, as a result of damage to the Ø200 ACC pipeline by private contractors, who caused the damage and failed to report it, the supply of drinking water has been interrupted.
