Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that the U.S. document on security guarantees for Ukraine is fully prepared.
He emphasized that Kyiv is now awaiting confirmation on when and where the document will be signed.
“For us, security guarantees primarily mean security guarantees from the United States. The document is 100% ready, and we are waiting for our partners to confirm the time and place for its signing,” Zelensky said during a press conference in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
