The UK Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, visited British KFOR soldiers who were patrolling in the north of Kosovo.
Hargreaves stated that the United Kingdom stands by Kosovo in its efforts to ensure that critical infrastructure is protected and that the perpetrators of the attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal are held accountable, reports RKS NEWS.
“The United Kingdom stands with Kosovo in efforts to ensure that critical infrastructure is protected and that those responsible are brought to justice. I visited today the British soldiers who have been patrolling in the north of Kosovo as part of NATO’s KFOR mission – in continuous efforts to support KFOR’s mandate for a peaceful and secure environment across Kosovo,” Hargreaves wrote. He also shared photos from the visit.
For this attack, President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti have blamed Serbia.
