A special unit of the Vienna police interrupted the delivery of one kilogram of drugs and arrested a 55-year-old drug dealer from the Balkans and a 30-year-old Austrian buyer.
Following the arrest, members of the special forces unit that combats street crime conducted a search of the dealer’s residence, where they discovered 60 kilograms of marijuana and a large sum of money.
In addition to the 60 kilograms of marijuana, the police also found four grams of cocaine and nearly 30,000 euros in cash.
Immediately after his capture, the Balkan dealer confessed everything, according to reports from Nezavisne Novine. He was quickly sent to prison under the order of the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Some Austrian media report that he is a 55-year-old Serbian citizen.
