Kosovo boxer Donjeta Sadiku has made the best possible start to the “Sofia 2026” European Boxing Championship, recording a clear victory over Russian boxer Alina Pushkar.
Sadiku triumphed by a convincing 5–0 score in the bout held in Sofia, Bulgaria, dominating throughout all three rounds.
The Kosovo boxer was impressive in the ring, and in the second round she even knocked down her Russian opponent, demonstrating her superiority in the bout.
At the end, all five judges scored Sadiku as the winner, awarding her a clear 5–0 victory.
Sadiku competes in the up to 60-kilogram category, and with this triumph she has secured her place in the next stage of the European Championship, where she will look to continue her journey toward a medal.
