An earthquake with a local magnitude of 2.5 on the Richter scale was recorded last night in the Skopje region and was felt in surrounding areas.
According to the Seismological Observatory at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje, the earthquake occurred at 9:54 p.m., with its epicenter located in the Skopje seismic zone.
The tremor was felt by residents of Skopje and nearby settlements with an intensity of III to IV on the European Macroseismic Scale (EMS-98).
