For the first time, the voting process for the diaspora is being held at the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kosovo.
For the February 9 elections, the diaspora began voting today at 07:00 local time.
The Ambassador of Kosovo to Germany, Faruk Ajeti, shared photos of fellow citizens who headed to the polling stations at diplomatic and consular missions.
“A historic day – Voting for the first time at our diplomatic and consular missions in Germany and Denmark! Today, for the first time in the history of our state, citizens of the Republic of Kosovo are exercising their right to vote at our diplomatic and consular missions in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Munich, and Stuttgart,” he wrote on Facebook.
