German Ambassador joins KFOR patrol in Kosovo

The Ambassador of Germany to Kosovo, Rainer Rudolph, took part in a routine patrol alongside German KFOR troops as part of the peacekeeping mission in the country.

The German contingent within KFOR continues to serve as part of the Bundeswehr’s longest-running mission abroad, contributing to the maintenance of peace, stability, and security in Kosovo and the wider region.

During the field visit, the ambassador was briefed on the daily work and responsibilities of German soldiers, as well as their cooperation with international partners.

According to the German Embassy in Pristina, the professionalism and commitment of German troops remain an example of ongoing dedication to the KFOR mission.

The statement also expressed gratitude to service members for their daily efforts in ensuring security in Kosovo.
