The Basic Court in Prishtina – Special Department has set the initial hearing for the criminal case against Lubomir Čimburović, Predrag Bradić, and Milivoje Ivić, who are accused of committing war crimes against the civilian population during the Kosovo conflict, reports KosovaPress.
The session will take place at the Basic Court of Prishtina, Justice Palace, Building D, 1st Floor, Courtroom 27, on December 22, 2025, starting at 09:30, presided over by Judge Leon Përllaska.
According to the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo, the trial will proceed in absentia, as the defendants have been unreachable up to the time the indictment was filed. The court has called on the accused to present themselves and surrender to the authorities of the Republic of Kosovo.
Additionally, the court urges anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the defendants to report it to the Kosovo Police or other competent authorities.
