Iran has issued a stark warning amid escalating tensions with the United States, with a senior unidentified military official claiming that the country has developed advanced weapons that have neither been used nor tested in any battlefield.
The official stated that Tehran would not show restraint in the event of a confrontation, signaling a more aggressive posture as diplomatic efforts continue alongside growing military rhetoric between the two sides.
At the same time, the White House has warned of possible “military actions unprecedented in modern history” if Iran refuses to accept U.S. conditions, according to international reporting.
According to multiple media sources, including regional and international outlets, both countries are also exchanging messages through Pakistan regarding a potential ceasefire framework. Iranian state-linked outlets reported that diplomatic communication has been ongoing based on a proposed 14-point Iranian plan.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said that Tehran has received the U.S. position and is currently reviewing it, while stressing that exchanges have taken place on multiple occasions.
On the American side, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller issued a sharp ultimatum, stating that Iran’s leadership must choose between accepting U.S. terms or facing military retaliation.
“The leadership of Iran has a choice,” Miller said in an interview. “They can accept a document aligned with the United States or face military retaliation unseen in modern history.”
The remarks reflect mounting pressure between Washington and Tehran as diplomatic channels remain active but tensions continue to rise.
