EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Marta Kos, held a meeting with leaders from the Western Balkans in Munich, where the Security Conference is taking place.
In a post on the social media platform “X,” where she shared photos from the meeting, Kos emphasized the importance of the Western Balkans to the European Union.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani were also present at the meeting.
“A good conversation with Ambassador Ischinger and the leaders of the Western Balkans about what we can contribute to our shared European future. We all need to be louder about why the Western Balkans are important to the EU,” Kos wrote on X.
