President Vjosa Osmani is holding a meeting with Latvian President Edgars Rinkevics at the Presidency office in Prishtina. Following their discussion, Osmani and Rinkevics will hold a joint press conference.
Rinkevics is expected to remain in Prishtina until Friday.
