The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) held its 265th meeting today, chaired by the president, Ardian Hajdaraj.
In the press release, it was stated that a series of points were approved, including the KPC’s annual work plan for the year 2025.
Below are the full points that were approved:
- Approved the request from the Competent Authority of the Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prizren to initiate an investigation in case AD.nr.4/25 and established the Investigation Panel for this disciplinary case against a prosecutor;
- Approved the Annual Report on the implementation of the Action Plan of the Strategic Plan for the Kosovo Prosecutorial System for the years 2022-2024;
- Approved the Annual Work Plan of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for 2025;
- Appointed prosecutor Shukri Jashari to the position of member of the Governing Council of the Academy of Justice from the ranks of prosecutors of the basic prosecutor’s offices;
- Approved the Report of the Commission for Transfer and Advancement and promoted prosecutor Anton Hasanaj to the Serious Crimes Department at the Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Gjakova;
- Approved the Summary Report of the Annual Evaluation by Chief Prosecutors for State Prosecutors for the year 2024.
