The confiscation of the apartment and restaurant of the main Serbian terrorist, Milan Radoicic, in the north is underway.
The case was confirmed by the deputy police director for the northern region, Veton Elshani.
“By order of the court, the restaurant ‘Grey’ and the apartment on the sixth floor of the building, in the northern part of Mitrovica, are confiscated. Also, the villa in Gazivode in Zubin Potok is confiscated”, said Elshani.
Yesterday, the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu announced that the implementation of the Prohibitory Order related to real estate in the Banjska case has begun.
In a post on Facebook, Haxhiu said that the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets has started identifying the assets mentioned in the Prohibition Order, including Radoicic’s villa at Lake Ujman in Zubin Potok, as well as other assets .
The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, has published the list of confiscated and seized assets of the chief terrorist Milan Radojciq.
“The documents below are long lists of numerous confiscated and seized assets of a master criminal who has become a millionaire while using the citizens of the Serbian community through fear, threats and blackmail.”
She said that Radojčić became a millionaire through crime, while terror and impoverishment plagued the citizens.
“So, for himself a millionaire through the crime of citizens, terror and impoverishment. But this era has come to an end. The time has come for citizens to live in peace and for criminals to be punished.”
