The Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC), during its 363rd meeting, decided that the Administrative Court will officially begin its work on May 5, 2026.
The Administrative Court will operate as a first-instance court, with jurisdiction across the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
It will be responsible for reviewing and deciding on all administrative disputes, including cases arising from employment relations in the public sector, in accordance with the legislation in force.
