Kosovo’s Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, has announced that the Government of Kosovo has approved an initiative to conclude a Military Financial Agreement with Türkiye.
Under this agreement, the Turkish government will provide financial support amounting to 200 million Turkish lira to Kosovo, aimed at strengthening the capacities of the Kosovo Security Force.
Maqedonci stated that the funds will directly contribute to enhancing operational capabilities and advancing the professional development of Kosovo’s security structures.
The move underscores the deepening defense cooperation between Kosovo and Türkiye, reflecting continued strategic partnership and support in the security sector.
