Benelux soldiers complete one-year mission in Kosovo, KFOR provides details

Soldiers from Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Belgium have completed a one-year deployment at Camp Film City of the KFOR in Pristina, contributing to enhanced situational awareness and operational effectiveness in the region.

In a press release, KFOR announced that soldiers of the Benelux detachment, part of the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Battalion (ISRBN), used the unmanned aerial system “X-300 Integrator” during their deployment.

“Soldiers from Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium, forming the Benelux detachment assigned to the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Battalion (ISRBN) of the NATO-led mission KFOR, have completed their one-year dedicated deployment under Luxembourg’s leadership at Camp Film City in Pristina.

During the deployment, the unit, using the unmanned aerial system ‘X-300 Integrator’ (UAS), contributed to increased situational awareness and operational effectiveness across the region, reflecting KFOR’s continued commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo,” the statement said.
