UK representative at the UN Security Council called on the international community to recognize Kosovo as an independent state and emphasized the importance of implementing existing agreements between Kosovo and Serbia.
The UK representative stressed that those responsible for the Banjska attack, including Milan Radoiçiq, must be held accountable.
“We continue to urge Kosovo and Serbia to implement existing agreements and resolve disputes through the EU-mediated dialogue,” she said.
“More than two years after the Banjska attack, we repeat our call for Serbia to ensure accountability for the perpetrators, including Radoiçiq,” the diplomat added.
