The Assembly of Kosovo has approved the law on Kosovo’s participation in the Peace Board with 103 votes in favor.
The adopted legislation, titled “Draft Law 10L-007 on the Ratification of the Agreement for Kosovo’s Membership in the Peace Board,” received broad political backing, including support from opposition parties such as Democratic League of Kosovo, Democratic Party of Kosovo, and Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
The strong consensus across both ruling and opposition parties signals unified institutional support for Kosovo’s involvement in international peace-related mechanisms.
This step is expected to further strengthen Kosovo’s role in international cooperation frameworks and contribute to its broader strategic positioning in global peace and security initiatives.
