The application period for observer accreditation began on May 5 and will remain open until May 30, 2026.
During this 26-day window, certified political entities, NGOs, governmental and intergovernmental organizations, international organizations specializing in elections and human rights, media outlets, as well as representatives of foreign states, may submit their online applications to be accredited as election observers.
How to apply
Step 1:
An authorized representative (from NGOs, governmental or intergovernmental organizations, international election and human rights organizations, media, or foreign state representatives) must complete the required online application via the platform:
https://apliko.kqz-ks.org
Step 2:
After submission, the Office for Registration, Certification and Financial Control of Political Entities (ZRCKFSP) will review the application and either approve or reject it. Once verified, ZRCKFSP will send login credentials via email to the authorized representative, enabling access to the platform to upload details of individuals requesting accreditation.
The CEC stated that the process aims to ensure transparency and full monitoring of the electoral process through participation of both domestic and international observers.
