Former President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, and Leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lumir Abdixhiku, held a meeting with Republican U.S. Congressman Keith Self.
During the meeting, the importance of close relations between Kosovo and the United States was emphasized, along with continued support for Kosovo’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The parties expressed gratitude to Congressman Self for his stance in support of Kosovo, including backing for Kosovo’s NATO membership aspirations and efforts to strengthen peace and stability in the region.
They also discussed cooperation with the U.S. administration and opportunities to further deepen the strategic partnership between the two countries.
