The Hague Aims to Conclude Closing Arguments in Hashim Thaçi’s Second Case by September 14

The Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague have announced, through a document published on their official website, that they aim to complete the closing arguments by September 14 in the second case involving former Kosovo President Hashim Thaçi.

The case also includes Bashkim Smakaj, Hajredin Kuçi, Isni Kilaj, and Fadil Fazliu.

According to the court’s schedule, the parties’ closing arguments are planned for September 10, 11, and 14.

The timeline will depend on the testimony of Bashkim Smakaj, which is currently scheduled to take place on August 17, 18, and 19.
