Minister of Trade and Industry Mimoza Kusari-Lila met with CDF Executive Director Nermin Mahmuti and Finance Officer Sara Habipaj Polloshka to discuss potential areas of cooperation.

The meeting focused on opportunities for collaboration and support for local businesses at different stages of their development.

In a Facebook post, Kusari-Lila emphasised the importance of partnerships with organisations experienced in supporting businesses, from the initial idea stage through to the expansion of their operations.

She noted that CDF has experience in supporting businesses from their early stages, as well as organisations working to protect the environment and advance green policies.

According to Kusari-Lila, this experience aligns with the priorities of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, which is supporting businesses through grant programmes aimed at promoting investment in innovation, the circular economy and sustainable practices.

“Through this cooperation, we aim to combine our experience and capacities to create more opportunities and better conditions for the growth and development of local businesses,” Kusari-Lila stated.
