Acting President of Kosovo Albulena Haxhiu met with British Ambassador to Kosovo Jonathan Hargreaves, with the two discussing recent political developments and the country’s ongoing institutional situation.
According to the statement from the Presidency, the meeting focused on the need for political dialogue and efforts to find a way out of the current institutional deadlock, with the aim of establishing the institutions as soon as possible and enabling the country to move forward in accordance with the constitutional order.
Haxhiu also expressed her appreciation for the United Kingdom’s continued support for Kosovo and highlighted its role as an important partner of the country.
