The Presidency of the Kosovo Assembly will meet on Monday at 11:00 a.m. to discuss several issues related to the legislature’s work and the agenda for the next plenary session.
One of the main items will be the establishment of an ad hoc committee to select candidates for four members of the Board of Radio Television of Kosovo (RTK), the public broadcaster.
The committee will select two candidates from the Albanian community, one from the Serbian community and one from non-majority communities.
The Assembly Presidency is also expected to consider a proposal from the Serbian List parliamentary group concerning the appointment of its members to parliamentary committees.
According to the announced agenda, the meeting will begin with approval of the minutes from previous Presidency meetings before members consider the proposed agenda for the next plenary session.
The proposed plenary agenda includes approval of the minutes from the previous session, statements outside the agenda, parliamentary questions, the formation of the ad hoc committee for RTK Board appointments, and a vote on the Serbian List’s proposal for appointments to parliamentary committees.
The Presidency will also review other proposals and requests.
