The Kosovo Police arrested a person late last night on suspicion of unlawfully entering a citizen’s property in the north and causing damage.
According to reports, during the arrest, the suspect resisted and used offensive language in Serbian. He damaged the netting at a local establishment and entered a private property, causing various damages.
Police officials initially asked him to stop, but he refused to comply and continued to insult the officers. After unsuccessful attempts to stop him, they were compelled to arrest him and take him to the police station.
The suspect is believed to have been under the influence of alcohol and refused to undergo an alcohol test. Following the arrest, the police issued him a fine and later released him.
Additionally, the Kosovo Police have notified the Police Inspectorate to investigate claims that the police officers mistreated the arrested individual.
