In an operation conducted by the Kosovo Police in the village of Drobnjak, Zubin Potok, military equipment and munition were discovered, highlighting possible links to illicit activities. The suspect, S.M., was wanted in connection with a drug laboratory case in the village of Qukiq, Zubin Potok, which had been investigated since 2018.
During a search of his property, in a wooded area covered with soil, the police found military uniforms and other suspected military equipment. Following the intervention of the specialized unit, responsible for handling explosives, three additional buried locations were uncovered, where similar equipment was seized.
At the scene, law enforcement authorities confiscated:
- Military uniform
- Parts of long rifles
- Tactical vest
- Gas mask
- A pistol barrel
- A pair of handcuffs
- 1,471 rounds of ammunition of various calibers
The police have stated that investigations continue, and evidence has been collected from the scene, reiterating their commitment to providing safety and service to citizens across Kosovo.
