Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed his condolences for the victims of the car attack that occurred yesterday evening at a Christmas market in Germany.
“My deepest condolences to the victims and their families affected by the attack in Magdeburg. Our thoughts are with the German people during this painful time. The people of Kosovo stand in solidarity with you,” Kurti wrote.
President Vjosa Osmani also extended her condolences last night.
So far, reports indicate that four people, including a child, were killed in the car attack when the vehicle collided with a crowd at a Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany.
The suspect, a Saudi doctor, has been arrested, and the case is under investigation by German authorities.
