The NATO-led KFOR mission announced that U.S. soldiers from the Regional Command-East have been conducting patrols in northern Kosovo. These ongoing operations aim to ensure safety and protect critical infrastructure across the country.
In its statement, KFOR emphasized that these efforts are part of its daily mission to support all communities in Kosovo.
“KFOR remains committed to its mandate of contributing to a safe environment for all citizens and communities in Kosovo and ensuring freedom of movement,” the statement read. It also highlighted close coordination with the Kosovo Police and EULEX in fulfilling this mission.
