The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has announced that the application period for the accreditation of observers for the February 9, 2025, Kosovo Parliament Elections is ongoing.
To facilitate the application process, KQZ has launched an online platform: https://apliko.kqz-ks.org.
How to Apply?
Step 1:
The authorized representative (from NGOs, government/intergovernmental organizations, international election and human rights organizations, media, and foreign representatives) must fill out the required information on the platform: https://apliko.kqz-ks.org.
Step 2:
After the application is submitted, the Office for Registration, Certification, and Financial Control of Political Entities (ZRCKFSP) will review the application and either approve or reject it. Upon approval, ZRCKFSP will send the authorized representative the credentials via email, granting access to the platform to submit details for individuals in the organization/media who wish to be accredited.

- Political parties: January 15, 2025
- Local NGOs: January 25, 2025
- Government and intergovernmental organizations: January 25, 2025
- Media (local and international): February 4, 2025
- Foreign representatives: January 25, 2025
- International organizations: January 25, 2025
Only observers accredited by the KQZ will be allowed to monitor the elections and activities at the 38 Municipal Counting Centers (QKN) and the Center for Counting and Results (QNR).
