The newly sworn-in deputy of AAK, Time Kadrijaj, has submitted to the Constitutional Court the issue of insisting on a secret vote for the election of the Speaker of Parliament. After the submission, Kadrijaj told the media that it is not the opposition’s duty to find a solution for the Speaker of Parliament issue, but that of Vetëvendosje (VV).
“It is their duty to find the solution, not the opposition’s. It is VV’s responsibility to ensure the 61 votes needed to elect the Speaker of Parliament,” said Kadrijaj.
