A memorial ceremony will be held tomorrow at Dubrava Prison to honor the memory of 118 prisoners who were killed and more than 300 others who were wounded.
Access to the Dubrava Prison premises will begin at 10:30 AM, while the official memorial ceremony will start at 11:00 AM.
