Elon Musk has intensified his criticism of former U.S. President Donald Trump, claiming he played a key role in Trump’s electoral success, The Guardian reports.
“Without me, Trump would have lost the election. Democrats would control the House, and Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate,” Musk wrote, sarcastically adding, “What ingratitude.”
Musk’s remarks came after Trump told reporters he was “very disappointed” in the tech billionaire and claimed to have “helped Elon a lot.”
