The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has announced a press conference for tomorrow to provide clarification regarding the recent ruling by the Constitutional Court concerning the deadline for the constitutive session of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.

The conference is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM, according to RKS News.

PDK stated that it will present all actions the party has taken in accordance with the Court’s ruling and “in the spirit of institutional responsibility.”

Speaking at the conference will be Përparim Gruda and PDK’s legal representative, Faton Fetahu.

To recall, the Constitutional Court of Kosovo issued a ruling yesterday stating that MPs are obliged to conclude the constitutive session of the Assembly—by electing the Speaker and Deputy Speakers—no later than 30 days after the first session convenes.
