The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, hosted a meeting today with the Chargé d’Affaires of the United States Embassy in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati.
The meeting took place a day after the celebration of U.S. Independence Day, which was held last night at the American Embassy in Pristina. On this occasion, President Osmani once again congratulated Prattipati on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, reiterating deep gratitude for the continuous and unwavering support of the U.S. towards Kosovo.
Focus on Political Developments and Assembly Constitution
At the heart of the discussions were the latest political developments in the country, with particular emphasis on the consultation process with political parties regarding the constitution of the Assembly of Kosovo, in light of the Constitutional Court’s Judgment in Case No. KO124/25.
Both parties reconfirmed their commitment to further deepening bilateral relations and advancing the strategic partnership between Kosovo and the United States of America.
