The Independent Union of KOSTT Workers held a protest today in front of the KOSTT headquarters in Pristina.
Protesters are demanding salary increases, citing the continuous rise in the cost of living. In addition, they raised a number of concerns through placards, denouncing injustices and discrimination within the company, lack of compensation for overtime hours, irregularities in internal job postings, and unclear job descriptions.
In their official statement regarding the protest, the Union called on KOSTT management to urgently reconsider measures to improve the workers’ well-being.
