Speaking at the “Peace Summit” ceremony between Azerbaijan and Armenia, held Friday at the White House, Trump reflected on his efforts as a leader to promote global peace.
He first mentioned tensions in India-Pakistan, Congo and Rwanda, as well as Thailand-Cambodia, before turning to the risk of escalation in Kosovo.
“In Serbia and Kosovo, we stopped something that was about to erupt. We didn’t like it at all, we didn’t like it. We saved many lives there,” Trump said.
