The Emergency Management Agency (AME) reported a total of 78 fires across Kosovo on Friday. While 61 of the fires have been contained, 17 remain active.
The most serious situation is in the municipality of Vushtrri, particularly in the villages of Tërllabuq, Gojbulë, Sllatinë, and Miraxhë. While the fire there is still active, it is reportedly under control. The AME expressed gratitude for the efforts of firefighters, the Kosovo Police, KFOR, local municipalities, and citizens who are all working to manage the situation.
