Kosovo Security Force Receives New Armored Vehicles from the U.S.

The Ministry of Defense has announced that the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) has received a new fleet of armored vehicles from the United States. The delivery ceremony was attended by key officials, including acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, acting Minister of Defense Ejup Maqedonci, U.S. Army attaché Jonathan Shaw, and KSF Commander Bashkim Jashari.

Minister Maqedonci stated that this investment represents a “significant step” in the KSF’s modernization and highlights the unwavering support from the United States, which he called a “strategic and irreplaceable partner.” He added that by adopting weapon systems aligned with NATO standards, the KSF is committed to becoming an advanced and interoperable force, ready to cooperate with NATO member armies to ensure a safe and stable future.
