Just five hours ago, local firefighters contained a fire that had broken out in a building reportedly linked to Milosh Perović, an official of the Serbian List and a candidate for the party in the upcoming local elections.
This morning, the scene was cordoned off with yellow tape. Visible material damage is apparent, and the smell of burning lingers in the area.
As confirmed on-site, a Kosovo Police vehicle is stationed near the building where the fire occurred.
The Kosovo Police confirmed to Zubin Potok INFO that they received the report of the fire this morning at 04:20, according to Jepi Zë.
“The first floor of the house, where the printing press is located, caught fire. No one was injured, but material damage has been caused. So far, there are no suspects,” the Kosovo Police stated for Zubin Potok INFO.
Unconfirmed sources from ZP INFO report that the police suspect the fire was deliberately set, but they are awaiting the final assessment from experts.
For reference, a vehicle owned by Milosh Perović was previously burned in the center of Zubin Potok early in the morning of May 17, 2019, while he was serving as Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Welfare in the Government of Kosovo.
