AAK MP Time Kadrijaj reacted following the decision of the Constitutional Court, emphasizing that the ruling is the only way to end the current political deadlock.
“The Constitutional Court has spoken and shown us the path out of the dead-end we are in. Its decision, whether we like it or not, is binding and must be respected. The 30-day deadline is more than sufficient for new proposals and for the constitution of the Assembly,” Kadrijaj stated.
She highlighted that the Alliance, as a parliamentary party, will contribute, including with its votes, to unblocking the process by fully implementing the Constitutional Court’s decision, which she noted had been initiated months ago by the AAK.
“Any other action is against the interests of the state and, as such, unacceptable and punishable! Tomorrow, the political games must end, and the new parliament must start its work and pave the way for the formation of the government!” Kadrijaj concluded.
