Memli Krasniqi, leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), stated that the party will not support Albulena Haxhiu or any ministers from Albin Kurti’s government following the repeated failure of the Constitutive Session of the Assembly.
Krasniqi emphasized that all ministers of the current government, to varying degrees, are responsible for the country’s decline over the past four years.
“The Democratic Party of Kosovo, as stated from the beginning, reaffirms its position. We will vote for a candidate from the first party who has not been part of Albin Kurti’s government,” Krasniqi said.
He added that this stance represents a compromise offered by PDK to overcome the institutional crisis, without any request from Lëvizja Vetëvendosje.
