A protest under the slogan “Campus Is Not a Police Station” will be organized on Monday, September 15, in front of the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad.
The gathering is initiated by the academic network Slobodan Univerzitet Novi Sad, which issued an open call to professors, researchers, students, and university staff to stand together in defense of the University of Novi Sad.
The organizers stressed that the university campus must remain a space dedicated to knowledge, freedom, and the academic community, not a place of police presence.
“Campus is not a police station – it belongs to knowledge, freedom, and academia. Let us show unity!” – reads the official call to the protest.
