Following reports of Russian fighter jets violating Estonian airspace, a similar incident has now been recorded in Poland.
According to the Polish Border Guard, two Russian fighter jets entered the security zone of the “Petrobaltic” oil and gas exploration platform, located in the Baltic Sea. The jets carried out a low flyover above the platform, raising concerns for regional security.
“The Polish Armed Forces and other authorities have been notified,” stated the official announcement from Polish authorities.
