The British Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, emphasized the urgent need for Milan Radočić to face justice, following the conditions set by acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who stated that dialogue with Serbia should continue only if Radočić is extradited.

Hargreaves highlighted the importance of holding Radočić and other perpetrators of the Banjskë attack accountable as soon as possible.

“I think it is very important that Milan Radočić and the other perpetrators of the Banjskë attack are brought to justice as soon as possible,” Hargreaves told Radio Free Europe.

He added that while the matter primarily involves Serbian authorities, it is crucial that there is accountability:

“We cannot continue with impunity for that terrible attack, and there must be action against Mr. Radočić and his associates,” he said.

Hargreaves also stressed that constructive dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia would be more effective once justice is served and both countries return to a proper path of cooperation.
