The head of the British Embassy in Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, spoke in an interview with RFE/RL regarding the pending decision of the Constitutional Court, expected by Tuesday, which will clarify issues raised after the last session where the Serb List’s deputy chair election failed and the Assembly Speaker Dimal Basha declared the Assembly constituted.
Hargreaves stated that everyone is eagerly awaiting the decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court next week.
The British ambassador expressed hope that the Court will be able to issue the decision within the given timeframe.
“Regarding the Constitutional Court, yes, everyone is waiting eagerly for next week’s decision, and I hope the Court will be able to deliver it on time,” Hargreaves told RFE/RL.
