Members of the Assembly of Kosovo remain under the temporary measure imposed by the Constitutional Court, which prevents them from taking any action or decision related to the formation of institutions stemming from the elections held more than six months ago.

On Tuesday, the Constitutional Court announced its decision regarding the complaint filed by the Serb List (Lista Serbe) over the separate voting of candidates for Deputy Speakers of the Assembly representing minority communities.

According to the ruling, the Assembly remains unconstituted, and the constitutive session that began on April 15 must be completed within 12 days from the date the judgment of September 30 enters into force.

However, the full judgment has not yet been published on the Court’s official website, meaning that the temporary measure issued on September 5 remains in effect.
