Regarding the election of Nenad Rashiq as Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, the head of the Office for Kosovo in the Serbian Government, Petar Petković, also reacted.
According to Petković, Rashiq’s election is “completely illegal,” as he claims that the position of Deputy Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo from the Serb community “belongs only to the Serbian List.”
“The violations of legal decisions by [acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin] Kurti reached their peak today. If Kurti chooses Rashiq, Serbs will support the Serbian List even more strongly,” he wrote on X, urging Serbs in Kosovo to support the Serbian List in the local elections to be held on Sunday.
