During a meeting between the Director General of the Kosovo Correctional Service, Ismail Dibrani, and Governor Mads Beyer, the two discussed the implementation of the agreement under which the Gjilan Pre-Trial Detention Center has been placed under Danish administration.
The Kosovo Correctional Service (SHKK) stated that Beyer reaffirmed Denmark’s continued commitment to the successful implementation of the agreement and to supporting the SHKK in strengthening its institutional and professional capacities.
Meanwhile, Dibrani praised the excellent cooperation between the two institutions, highlighting that this agreement represents a unique model of international partnership and an important step in the further development of Kosovo’s correctional system.
