Fifteen minutes before the extraordinary session of the Assembly of Kosovo begins, the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) will hold a press conference.
The conference is scheduled for 10:45 AM in the PDK Parliamentary Group hall at the Assembly of Kosovo.
Below is the agenda for the extraordinary session:

- Formation of parliamentary committees.
- Review of Draft Law No. 09/L-002 on ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union on arrangements for the implementation of EU support to Kosovo under the Instrument for Reform and Growth.
- Review of Draft Law No. 09/L-003 on ratification of the Financing Agreement for the first program on “Development Policy Financing for Fiscal Effectiveness, Competitiveness, and Green Growth” between the Republic of Kosovo (represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers) and the International Development Association (part of the World Bank Group).
- Review of Draft Law No. 09/L-004 on ratification of the Credit Agreement for the “Instrument for Reform and Growth for the Western Balkans” between the European Union (represented by the European Commission as lender) and the Republic of Kosovo (borrower), with the Central Bank of Kosovo acting as Borrower’s Agent.
- Review of Draft Law No. 09/L-005 on ratification of the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo (represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers) and the International Development Association for the “Compass Project – Kosovo’s Comprehensive Approach to Strengthening the Health System.”
- Review of Draft Law No. 09/L-006 on ratification of the Credit Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo (represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers) and the International Development Association (IDA) for the project “Early Childhood Education and Care for Kosovo’s Human Capital.”
- First review of Draft Law No. 09/L-001 on budget allocations for the 2026 Budget of the Republic of Kosovo.
- Approval of the budget for the municipalities of Prishtina, Gjilan, and Zubin Potok.
- Issue regarding financing of RTK (Radio Television of Kosovo).
This session is part of the ongoing legislative work to finalize Kosovo’s budget and ratify key international agreements and loans.
